Greetings Snow Lovers!
The first half of October has delivered a beautiful preview of winter, with cold temperatures and abundant natural snowfall. I know many of you are just as excited as I am for the real start to the season at Breckenridge but we'll have to hang in there for a few more weeks.
Opening day is scheduled for Friday, November 9th and I will begin writing daily forecasts on Monday, November 5th.
Until then, stay tuned and get ready for another great season!
We have an iPhone app that provides detailed weather forecasts for your hiking, biking, and climbing adventures. OpenSummit now includes forecasts for 1,000 of the highest and/or notable summits and hiking areas across the United States.
