Saturday night update – storm is on tracks

Update

This is a quick update late on Saturday night.

There are NO significant last-minute changes to the forecast.

Snow began to fall in the eastern foothills (Eldora, Echo, Rocky Mountain National Park) between 10 pm to midnight on Saturday night, and snow should continue for the eastern mountains and foothills through much of the day on Sunday.

The ongoing forecast still looks good with the most favored areas of Eldora, Echo, and other eastern foothills locations in 4-8 inch range, with Monarch around 3-6 inches, and most other areas in the 1-4 inch range.

I will write a full update midday on Sunday, and in the meantime, the forecast from my previous post on Saturday morning still looks good.

Thanks for reading!
