3+ Feet From This Storm, Another Storm This Week...

Update

Snowfall Report:

Another 20 inches of snow fell in the past 24 hours bringing the storm total to 39 inches so far.  We were expecting 2-4 feet from this storm, so just over 3 feet so far is right on track.

The Snow Continues:

Scattered snow showers this afternoon could drop a final inch on the mountain.  Highs only in the 20's with upper mountain wind gusts to 30 mph.

A Break:

Then a break Sunday and Monday with some sun.  Highs in the 30's on the mountain Sunday into Monday and 40's at the base by Monday.

The Next Storm:

Tuesday the clouds increase as the  next storm starts to  move in.  We could see rain and snow start to fall Tuesday night and into Wednesday.  Snow levels sitting around 8500' through Wednesday.

Wednesday night into Thursday colder air moves in dropping snow levels below the base by Thursday with the snowfall continuing.  The snow could last into Friday before ending.  We could see another 1-3 feet from this storm.

Long-Range:

Next weekend we may clear out or have a couple more weak systems dive in with lighter snows.  Going into the week of the 26th we should be into a drier pattern.
