I am out the door to Crystal or Stevens...

There was a little new snow overnight. Onshore flow this morning is producing a few more showers, mainly before noon today.  A weakening (CZ) convergence zone is helping enhance snowfall at Stevens. (SL 4500ft)

There is low level moisture in the atmosphere making it cloudy on the slopes below 5,500, of course that is most of the Cascade ski slopes. Expect drying as the day unfolds with lifting of better visibility.  I am going and I got my standards, so it can’t be too bad – I  am concerned about the vis, early in the morning, but I just wanna go – the season end is not far away!

Monday will be dry and warm – full on spring skiing with groomers, I’d be lovin’ life, if I could go – but I gotta go back to work at the salt mines. Work so gets in the way of my fun lifestyle. But people need salt, so I toil away with the delusion am a productive member of the human race. I’d rather inspire people with fun, than provide salt. But the whippings the boss provides for a non-productive salt day are too much to endure and often negate my delutions. Yes, I am loyal employee who embraces the beatings, and dreams about the powder days. I can’t wait until next weekend.

Chance of a little snow Tue/Wed with a weak system (SL 4500ft, 1-4” new), then back to spring skiing late week as high pressure builds back in late in the week.
