Steamboat Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

The next storm will bring chances for snow to Steamboat from Wednesday night through next Monday (November 30th), but the overall setup does not favor heavy snow as the storm will stall well to the west of Colorado.

Look for the first flakes to fall on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. If the band of heavier snow can stick together as it moves into Colorado, we could see a quick 1-3 inches, but if the band falls apart, then we’ll only measure a dusting to an inch. Then from Thursday afternoon through Sunday, I am forecasting just a dusting to an inch of snow during each day and night period as the storm is not in a good position to bring us heavier snow. In fact, there might be a decent amount of sun during some of these days. From Sunday through Monday, the storm will finally move over Colorado, and this is when Steamboat will have the best chance of seeing 2-4+ inches of snow and perhaps a low-end to moderate powder day. I’ll keep you updated with daily updates…
