Weekend, snow, and science

*** I'm teaching a mtn weather course in Silverton on Dec 3rd. Check it out! ***

It's Friday, you're thinking about snow, so here you go - a few ways to "waste" time at work while increasing your knowledge of powder. What could be better?

First, check out my latest post on buzz.snow.com. Not only do my Thursday columns cover the snowy outlook for the weekend at all of Vail's resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar), but I'm also doing a LiveChat each Thursday from 3-4pm MST. I included a few of the Q's and A's in the post. Stop by next Thursday to ask your weather and snow questions relating to any of the Vail Resorts...it's lonely without you:-) And by the way, for you suspicious folks out there, yes I'm working with Vail Resorts, but I'm also an equal opportunity weatherman, so I'm working with a lot of other resorts and organizations, too:-)

Next, it's the latest installment of Snow Science. Up now? How Steep is Steep?
