Summary
Storm track has remained active here during the first days of March, though nothing overly exciting. Storm on this Wednesday only producing a few flakes. Friday's storm, which was looking good, now trending drier. Storm window remains open into next week.
Short Term Forecast
Weak storm on this Wednesday only delivering flakes. A colder and more vigorous storm is due Friday, though snowfall production not appearing on the light side, as main storm energy heads south and moisture tap not there. Friday light snowfall begins pre-sunrise, with snow showers through the day. 2-6" maybe. Winds will also be cranking Friday, though out of the southwest, not an issue. Moderating temperatures and mostly sunny days over the weekend.
Extended Forecast
Models indicating a deep trough and several days of snow next week. Snow may begin as early as late Sunday PM and continue into Monday. Both EURO and GFS bring decent snowfall into Wednesday. Looking positive for some deeper powder days next week...stay tuned!
