Major October Dump hits Lone Mountain

Summary

A powerful winterlike storm brought the first major snowfall of the season to Big Sky this past Sunday night and Monday (10/10 & 11). The Headwaters snow stake at 9000’ measured 16 inches with close to 8 inches at the Village. Here’s a few images to fan the stoke … as opening day is just over 40 days away!
