Snow Forecast

View → 10-Day Snow Forecast

Wednesday night's storm played out as expected, with Breckenridge only picking up a dusting through Thursday morning.

We'll now quickly dry out through Thursday morning, as partly to mostly sunny skies prevail through Thursday afternoon. Temps will climb into the teens.

Friday will then also stay dry ahead of our next round of snow come Friday night through Saturday. Expect mostly sunny skies, winds gusts of 30-50+ MPH, and temps in the teens.

Our next round of snow will arrive during the overnight hours on Friday night and deliver consistent snow through Saturday afternoon thanks to cool winds out of the west and west-northwest. This will crank up the snow machine and the heaviest snowfall rates will take place early Saturday morning and into the midday hours.

Overall, not a big snowmaker but we should be able to squeeze out 2-6 inches, with the best turns on Saturday morning and into the early afternoon. Do note that temps will only climb into the single-digits to low teens so do plan to bundle up.

The storm should then clear out on Saturday night and lead us into dry weather on Sunday. We'll likely remain under mostly cloudy skies and mid-mountain temps will once again only climb into the teens.

Extended Forecast

Looking ahead to the first 10 days of March, we'll likely see dry weather on Monday, followed by a slight chance for light snow Tuesday through Thursday (3/2-4). We could then see much milder temps and dry conditions settle in until the middle of the month.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for daily updates!
