Snow Monday Night, Then Dry Through the End of the Week...

Update

Monday Storm:

A storm moving in Monday could bring some heavier snow over Donner Summit by Monday evening.  We could see chain controls set up from around Kingvale to Donner Lake.  So if you have plans to travel through the Sierra Monday evening and overnight, carry chains and be prepared for winter driving conditions.

Long-Range:

We may be heading back into a drier pattern starting Tuesday through the end of next week.  Any weak systems look to only bring rain.

This will be the last post of the season for the I-80 Daily Snow unless we get another late season snowstorm.  Thanks for tuning in, see you next season!
