Jackson Hole Daily Snow

Monday AM Fresh
Update
Dry weather and mild temperatures will continue through Sunday evening ahead of our next round of snow that will be arriving from the northwest on Sunday night. Look for mid-mountain temps in the upper 20s and increasing cloud coverage through Sunday afternoon.
The storm on Sunday night will not feature a lot of moisture but it will bring a decently strong cold front and winds from the west. This should provide us with a quick period of moderate to heavy snow on Sunday night and into Monday morning, followed by lingering light snow through Monday afternoon. Look for 3-7 inches from Sunday night through Monday afternoon, with Monday morning being the best time to ride the fresh snow.
Mostly dry and milder weather will take over for the second half of the week and into next weekend, February 29th and March 1st. We will be watching for a quick-moving system on Wednesday night and into Thursday so light snow will be possible through Thursday night. Dry weather and sunny skies will then follow for Friday, Saturday, and into Sunday.
Looking further ahead, the longer-range models continue to bring "something" through the western US around Monday, March 2nd, followed by an active pattern as we head into the first 10 days of March. As always, we'll dial in the details as they become more clear.
Thanks for reading and stay tuned for daily updates!
