Final Post of the 2023-2024 Season

Summary

Thanks for reading the Steamboat Daily Snow this season, and best wishes for a wonderful spring, summer, and fall!

Update

I appreciate your readership and support of the Steamboat Daily Snow!

This 2023-2024 season at Steamboat started slowly, and then storms arrived at more regular intervals with above-average snowfall during December, January, February, and March.

The slow start meant that our snowpack was below average through early January, and then we enjoyed a stretch when snow fell during 14 of 15 days in mid-January. This pushed our snowpack above average, where it would stay through closing day.

I hope that you have a wonderful spring, summer, and fall, and again, thanks for reading the Steamboat Daily Snow this season!
