A dusting, then dry

Update

There will be light snowfall on Saturday from a low spinning offshore, positioned well to the south. The bulk of the snowfall will be going into California, so do not expect much snow for Whistler.  The total snowfall will be minor on Saturday 2 - 4 cm with snow levels above the Village but below mid-station.

High-pressure will build in for Sunday through the early part of the week. That pattern will mean no snow, with sunshine at times. There will also be fog on the mid slopes from time to time. Get above it or take the Peak to Peak to Blackcomb.

There is a chance for more snow by later Tuesday into the middle and end of the week; however, it’s not a pattern of significant snow, but every bit helps.
