Thursday will be very warm, though there will be more clouds during the afternoon. Friday will transition from dry weather during the morning to showers during the afternoon and night. Saturday will be mostly dry, and then another storm will bring snow on Saturday night into Sunday morning. And next week, there should be snow from Tuesday into Wednesday, with another storm around April 5-6.
The warm temps over the west will slowly cool as the week progresses, with some weak waves of snowfall hitting the PNW and BC. Snow levels from 6500 Thursday fall to near 3500-4,000 to close out the week. A significant storm will overspread the west from Sunday night to mid-next week. Some spots in the Sierra could see 50-plus inches of powder.
Thanks for reading this summer! For the rest of this week, a cold front moving across the Central Rockies will bring showers & t-storms to WY, CO, & NM Wed-Thu while the West Coast states will see a late-season heat wave. Next week, isolated to scattered showers & t-storms develop across the West with continued mild temps. Heading into mid-month, the PNW will trend wetter and cooler.
