This Week

We picked up an inch on Saturday thanks to lingering snow showers. We're now waking up to mostly clear skies and VERY cold temps on Sunday morning. Temps will once again start below 0°F before rising to around 10°F under partly sunny skies by midday Sunday.

We'll then be watching for snow showers to pop up on Sunday afternoon, followed by a chance for heavier snow showers on Sunday night and into Monday morning as a cold front and west-to-west-northwest winds slide over Colorado. I'll be looking for 1-3 inches through Monday morning ahead of clearing skies and more single-digit temps on Monday.

Looking ahead to the rest of the week, we'll receive dry weather on Tuesday and Wednesday as temps finally climb back up to near average for late March. Highs should reach into the upper 20s to low 30s.

We'll then be tracking our next chance for healthy snowfall rates as another good-looking storm slides into Colorado on Thursday. The latest model trends have pushed back the timing just a bit, with light snow on Thursday and heavy snow not arriving until Thursday night and into Friday. We'll stick with the early forecast of 4-8 inches and adjust as we really dial in the details. 

Next Weekend & Beyond

Following the storm on Thursday and into Friday, we should receive dry weather under partly to mostly sunny skies on Saturday, April 1 and into Sunday, April 2. We'll then be tracking yet another storm that will look to arrive around Monday, April 3. This could influence our weather for a few days thereafter so stay tuned for further updates.
