On Saturday night, the first part of the storm tracked through Colorado. As of Sunday at 4 am, snow totals in the northern and central mountains range from 6-15 inches, and it's still snowing. Waves of intense snow will continue on Sunday and Sunday night, then may let up somewhat on Monday. Further out, additional snow showers will continue through the rest of the week.

On Saturday the Tetons scored an impressive 20 plus inch overnight dump. Storm totals are in the 35 inch range. Aside from the local hill in Jackson (Snow King) almost nothing opened at JHMR and Targhee stayed sealed shut. Colorado and Utah are going to have double digits for Saturday. Sierra gets deeper.

Tahoe will see one of its biggest storms in years from Friday through Sunday with 4-8+ feet expected, and this will be a cold storm with low-density powder as well. Moisture and energy from this storm will extend inland and bring deep totals to Idaho and Wyoming. Snow is also in the forecast for the Central Rockies and the Pacific Northwest.
