Mostly sunny Wednesday. A more active pattern starting Thursday with weak systems possible through Sunday with a little snow for the mountains. A drier pattern starting Monday. We could see another weak system later next week.

The incoming storm will be a complete game changer for many ski areas in the PNW and north/central Rockies. Epic amounts of moisture through Monday. The red flags for chasing are rapidly warming temps in the PNW and upside-down snow in the Rockies with AVY concerns. Ski Areas will be deep! Game On! This is what we have been waiting for.

High pressure will finally break down across the West late this week, opening up the door for a series of storms to bring much-needed snowfall heading into early December. This pattern will favor the deepest snow totals across Canada, the Pacific Northwest, and the Rockies. New England also picked up some good snow early this week with more snow chances ahead over the next 7+ days.
