More snow and a lot of wind19 hours ago Joel Gratz
Saturday and Saturday night delivered some more snow, but the big story now on Sunday morning is the wind across the northern and central mountains, where gusts are 40-80mph. The snow and wind will continue through Sunday night, and then the weather will turn calm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our next chance for a moderate storm will be December 8-10.

The epic storm has thus far dropped 10-20 inches in the Cascades, and up to 18 inches in the Wasatch, with resorts in Colorado reporting 9-12 inches. The heaviest dump is yet to come! Snorkel Alert is hoisted, but bring 2 pairs since the transition will be dry to wet.

The East will also remain in an active pattern with uncertainty regarding a possible snow event in New England on Sunday-Monday, while the Mid-Atlantic could also see some snow next week.
