Mostly sunny and mild on Wednesday, with increased clouds and winds Wednesday afternoon. An unsettled pattern starts Wednesday night with rain & snow showers possible through Friday evening. A break on Saturday before more storms by Sunday into the first week of April.
A couple of nice days of spring in the West will turn to a stormy pattern with several rounds of snow through next week. Cold northwest flow will bring good powder conditions through many Western U.S. states. In the East, active storms will take a northerly track and bring rain, confining cold air and snow to the northern tiers.
Thanks for reading this summer! For the rest of this week, a cold front moving across the Central Rockies will bring showers & t-storms to WY, CO, & NM Wed-Thu while the West Coast states will see a late-season heat wave. Next week, isolated to scattered showers & t-storms develop across the West with continued mild temps. Heading into mid-month, the PNW will trend wetter and cooler.
