A series of weak storms will bring light snow to Southern BC from Thursday to Sunday. The Coast Range and Whistler will see respectable totals add up over time but with a gradual warming trend. The Interior will see its main round of snow Friday PM to Saturday AM favoring southern areas, with light refills Sat PM to Sun AM. Next week, the pattern turns less active but occasional snow is possible.

Generally 5-13 inches has fallen in the Rockies with more impulses due this week. The PNW fires this weekend. Sierra surprise Friday night.

An active pattern will continue across the Northwest during the first 5 days of 2025 with storms favoring the Cascades and Northern Rockies. The East is also about to head into an active pattern with sustained cold temperatures. On Wednesday, a storm will bring snow to New England, while the Mid-Atlantic could potentially see a storm early next week.
