Update

Opening day is scheduled for Friday, November 9th so let's get this party started!

Breckenridge picked up 14 inches from 5 am on Sunday to 5 am on Monday, which brings our weekend total to over 2 FEET! This will provide a great base as we ramp up for the lift-served season.

Cool, northwest flow will continue to bring chances for light snow on Monday and Tuesday, along with gusty winds and mid-mountain temps in the teens to low 20s. Overnight lows will fall into the single-digits on Monday and Tuesday night.

We'll then be watching for two additional chances for snow through early next week. The first will arrive on Wednesday night and into Thursday morning, followed by another chance on Sunday, November 11th. Nothing major but something to keep an eye on.

For opening weekend, we'll be looking at sunny to partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the teens to low 20s. Overnight lows will also be in the single-digits so pack the warm layers.

Thanks for reading and look for my next update on Tuesday, November 6th.
