Friday

Our current storm is underway and delivering very heavy snow and strong winds (40-60+ MPH). This will remain the case through early Friday afternoon before the storm winds down and clears out through Friday night. Look for an additional 3-6 inches in Saturday morning's report.

Saturday

We should then start Saturday dry before chances for snow increase through Saturday afternoon and into Saturday night. In total, I'm going to go with 1-4 inches, with soft turns possible on Saturday afternoon and for first chair Sunday morning. The winds should also be lighter and temps will climb into the 20s.

Sunday

Sunday might be our only completely dry day for quite some time as we're between storms. Expect mostly sunny skies and temps in the 20s to low 30s.

Monday - Tuesday

We'll then be tracking a stronger storm early next week as a healthy slug of moisture and a narrow band of very heavy snow settles in over Colorado. I still have very low confidence in the details but we could be looking at 4-8+ inches from Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon. Keep your schedules open.

Wednesday & Beyond

Looking ahead to the middle of next week and beyond, we'll be tracking another round of light snow on Wednesday, followed by additional chances for snow through the weekend of December 10/11. This is a very good pattern and we should be expecting a lot more terrain to open over the coming 5-10 days.
