Dry Northwesterly Flow

Summary

A high-pressure ridge that is parked off the west coast will continue to divert storms to the south along the BC and US coastline. We are left with a NW flow, which is sometimes good, but this time it really has no moisture to work with, just occasional banks of clouds. On the horizon, it does appear this pattern may change to an unsettled one starting next Thursday.
