Canadian Rockies Daily Snow

By Bob Ambrose, Forecaster Posted 4 years ago January 27, 2021
Flurries with Light Amounts in the Mix
Summary
A large Pacific low-pressure system has been digging in deep off the BC Coastline creating a wrap around SW flow that will bring limited moisture into the Alberta Rockies over the next few days. The problem with these storm impulses is that they lose most of their energy as they move over inland southern BC. Light amounts of 5-10cm are likely for mainly the resorts from Banff and north.
