A Welcomed Warming Trend

Summary

Tuesday morning (22 Feb) most resorts have delayed openings due to extreme cold. For instance, 8AM mid-mountain temps ranged from -27C at Marmot to -32C at Sunshine to -31C at Castle Mountain. Tuesday will be the last day of extreme cold as a NW flow will begin on Wednesday bringing some clouds with a welcomed gradual warming trend into the rest of the week. Dry skies linger through the weekend.
