Unsettled Pattern with a Midweek Break

Summary

Southwest flow aloft has brought some imposing dark clouds with convective showers across the Rockies Saturday evening. On Sunday a weak system moves into the mountains Banff north to Marmot Basin bringing widespread flurries with 2 – 5cm through the day. On Monday, a low develops east of the Rockies drawing in colder air triggering snow showers with up to 15cm possible during the day.
