First Significant Storm of the Season

Summary

The first decent snowfall of the 23/24 season is winding down as the Arctic storm system moves southeastward. Highlights include 38cm at Castle Mountain, 29cm at Lake Louse, 27cm Sunshine Village, 21cm Nakiska, and 20cm at Norquay. If all goes as planned, Norquay will be the first resort to open in Canada on November 3rd. Cold temps will also persist into Monday for optimum snowmaking conditions.
