Blocking Pattern into Thurs / Snow Returns Fri - Sun

Summary

A high-amplitude ridge over Western Canada is currently blocking any incoming Pacific storm systems from entering the region. Continued dry, with progressive warming through Thursday. Chances of measurable snowfall return on Friday and extend into the weekend. This is our next best chance at possible significant accumulations. Frigid Arctic air looks to crash the party by Sunday.
