Snow ramps up Friday

Summary

Mild and dry on Tuesday and into Wednesday. Chances for light snow increase Wednesday evening. Dry on Thursday, followed by a good shot for heavy snow on Thursday night and into Friday. Off-and-on snow follows Saturday through next week but the details are still unknown. Snow tires and AWD/4WD are recommended if you're traveling along the I-70 mountain corridor from Thursday night through Friday and again from Saturday evening through early March.
