Ramping Up

Summary

Moderate to periods of heavy snowfall will continue through Friday afternoon. Off-and-on light snow continues through Friday night and into midday Saturday. Heavy snow ramps back up by Saturday evening and continues into Sunday morning. Light snow through Monday, followed by a dry day on Tuesday. Snowfall ramps back up Wednesday into Thursday and again Friday and into Saturday. Snow tires and AWD/4WD are HIGHLY recommended if you're traveling along the I-70 mountain corridor through Monday. Keep a close eye on CDOT for the latest travel alerts as accidents and road closures will be likely Friday morning and again on Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
