Off-and-on snowfall through Thursday afternoon ahead of intense snowfall and difficult travel Thursday night into Friday morning. Snow continues through midday Friday. Clearing and very cold Friday night. Dry over the weekend and into early next week. More snow around next Wednesday, December 15. Active pattern continues around Christmas.
