Summary

36-hour storm totals as of Tuesday morning have 14” at Whitefish, 10” Lookout Pass, 4” Snowbowl and 1” at Discovery. A sub-tropical river of moisture will continue to stream into Western Montana Tuesday and Wednesday with rain falling on this new snow as high as 6500’. Snow returns for all regions of Montana Thursday/Friday as a strong cold-front lowers temps and brings moderate accumulations.
