Stellar Conditions into the New Year

Summary

Fresh snow amounts of 5 – 12” statewide over the last 2 days have optimal early-season surface conditions just about everywhere. NW and West Central mountains look to be in line for another 3 – 6” Friday and Friday night as another Pacific low moves in. East of the Divide will not be on this storm’s track, but SW areas could see 1 – 2” Friday night into Saturday from a storm hitting the Tetons.
