Cold Winter Storm for SW Montana

Summary

After several sunny days with warm temps we’re about to do an about-face to stormy skies and below average temps Weds night through Friday. A deep upper level low with origins in the Gulf of Alaska will move inland and track through SW Montana Thurs bringing 6 – 12” to places like Big Sky, Red Lodge, and Great Divide thru Thurs night. Unsettled skies Fri are followed by sunny skies this weekend.
