Santa Brings Bite-Size Bits of Snow thru Sat / Heaping Helpings Sun – Mon

Summary

A series of shortwave storms will move into the Northern Rockies on a W/NW flow Thurs through Sun AM. Each shortwave will bring an inch or three (every 24 hours) across the Western and SW mountains. A glaring exception is Lookout Pass, which looks to get buried! On Sun PM, a more powerful/colder storm moves into the region, with better chances of significant storm totals through early next week.
