Bullseye Shifting to the Eastern Side of the Central Cascades

Summary

For the last few days, I have been watching a trend that shifts the heaviest snow a bit farther east. This shift depends on some mid-level wind patterns that is not easily captured by the models. Now that the storm has arrived, these features are becoming more clear and will change some of the snowfall totals with this storm.
