Don't Kill the Messenger

Summary

A few snow showers moved through last night, dropping up to a couple of inches of snow, especially in the north Cascades. We now enter the deep, dark, time of the ridge, and we may not escape it for a week. The models agree that the ridge will stick around through next Wednesday, preventing any storms from entering the northwest. The models don't agree much on what happens next.
