Winter Park Daily Snow

Saturday powder at Winter Park
Summary
Plenty of snow fell on Friday and Friday night. Enjoy the powder on Saturday morning!
Short Term Forecast
Friday brought snow all day with 3 inches of accumulation, and then an additional 4 inches of snow fell on Friday night.
Now on Saturday, enjoy the soft and fresh snow during first chair. Throughout the day, snow showers will continue with at least a few inches of additional accumulation, and potentially more if we are lucky.
On Saturday night, another wave of storm energy will track nearby and we should see 3-6+ inches of snow by Sunday morning.
Sunday and Monday are when the consistent snowfall will come to an end with more sunshine and fewer or no snow showers.
Extended Forecast
A series of storms will bring more snow between about Tuesday, February 9, and Monday, February 15th.
I continue to have very low confidence in figuring out the details of these storms, or in which days might offer the best powder.
But the good news is that snow will be in the forecast for about one straight week and hopefully that means that the fun times we have enjoyed during early February will keep on going through mid-February.
Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
