More snow to start the week

Summary

Sunday will be mostly dry, then snow will fall during most days next week.

Update

Saturday started dry, then light snow fell on Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening with 3 inches of accumulation across the mountain.

Sunday will be dry, mostly cloudy, and pretty warm with a temperature of around 30 degrees.

Then snow will return for the first three or four days of the week.

From Monday into Tuesday, we could see intense snow with double-digit accumulations if a cold front stalls near the mountain. Keep your eye on Monday's last chair and Tuesday's first chair for possible powder. Also, this is a LOW CONFIDENCE forecast so keep your expectations low:-)

From Tuesday through Tuesday night, another mechanism (the jet stream) could create a narrow band of intense snow which also could bring deeper totals to the mountain. That said, this is also a LOW CONFIDENCE forecast.

Overall on Monday and Tuesday, there is the potential for a lot of powder, but uncertainty is high. Keep your eye on the snow stake cam and hopefully, we'll get lucky with 5-10+ inches of snow to enjoy on at least one of these days.

On Wednesday morning, there could be soft conditions thanks to the snow from Tuesday and Tuesday night.

Then from later Wednesday into early Thursday, we should get more snow as additional storm energy moves across Colorado, and this could create soft/powder conditions on Thursday morning with at least a few additional inches of snow accumulation.

On Friday expect dry weather.

Then from Friday night through the weekend, another storm will likely deliver more snow with potential powder during at least one weekend day.
