Steamboat Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

The forecast for Friday morning worked out very well as another 3-4 inches fell during the morning after the 5am report, so there were plenty of soft and fun turns to enjoy across the mountain. This new snow brings our eight-day snow total to just over 40 inches! Looking ahead, the weather on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday should be mostly dry with plenty of sun, though there will also be times of clouds and snow showers as weak storms move just to the north of Steamboat and keep some moisture over the area.

From next Tuesday through Saturday February 13th, look for sunny and dry weather with warming temperatures each day. Our next chance of snow will likely arrive on Sunday, February 14th and then we may see another storm around Friday, February 19th. Beyond this time frame, I think we should return to cooler and consistently snowy weather toward the last week of February and into early March.
