Cool in the east, then action shifts to the west next week

Summary

Following the monster snowfall in the northeast on March 14th, cold air and snow will stick around while most of the west is warm. Finally, after weeks of warmer weather, the west will cool off next week and snow should hit most mountains between March 20-25.
