Weather for next week - Nov 3 to Nov 8, 2013

If you're looking for snowy weather next week, the west is the place to be. Although the weather models have not figured out all the details, it is likely that one or two storms will move through the Pacific Northwest and the northern and central Rockies from late this weekend through the middle of next week.

Total accumulation by next Thursday could be substantial, with 1-2 feet of snow for northern areas and perhaps 5-10 inches furthern south for mountains in Utah and Colorado.
