Update

Snow Conditions 

5 inches over the past 24 hours.

Breck's official snow report shows 138 inches so far this season and a base depth of 41 inches.

Our internal analysis has the snowpack currently sitting at 150% compared to the 30-year average.

Storm Recap

The cold front was a little delayed on Wednesday afternoon but the 3-6 inch forecast was verified with 5 inches on Wednesday evening. Enjoy the goods this morning!

Thursday

Dry conditions quickly prevailed through Wednesday night and we'll now be in for a clear and chilly day on Thursday. Temperatures will start near 0F on the mountain and only climb into the single-digits to low teens. Bundle up!

Friday - Early Next Week

Mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures quickly return on Friday and continue through at least early next week. Daytime highs will climb into the low 30s, with overnight lows in the teens. 

Further Ahead

Above-average temperatures and dry conditions will remain in control. There are signs for "something" around the weekend of December 22nd and 23rd but we'll see how it develops through early next week.
