Monday
The storm played out as expected on Sunday night and only delivered very light snow to areas south and east of Breckenridge.
We'll now receive mostly dry weather for the rest of Monday, with temps climbing into the teens to low 20s by early Monday afternoon. The sun could make a longer appearance during the afternoon hours.
Tuesday - Thursday
The middle of the week from Tuesday through Thursday will feature cold and unsettled weather, with chances for light and fluffy snow each day. Mostly cloudy skies and single-digit temps will make this feel like a very cold couple of days but off-and-on light snow should keep nice ski conditions in place.
Keep an eye on Tuesday night and into Wednesday for a slight uptick in snowfall rates, with total snow accumulations ranging anywhere from 1-6 inches from Tuesday morning through Thursday.
Friday & Beyond
Slighter warmer temps and mostly dry weather should prevail on Friday and continue into Saturday, January 28. Expect partly sunny skies on Friday and Saturday, with temps climbing back into the teens to low 20s.
We'll then be keeping an eye on two stormier periods as we close out January and head into early February.
The first chance for heavier snow will arrive around Sunday, January 29 and into Monday, January 30. It's still too early to provide any details but it looks interesting.
The second chance for stormier weather and deeper snow potential will arrive sometime between February 3-8. This is still fantasy land territory but the longer-range models continue to show something around this time. Better than nothing at all.
