Light snow Saturday, heavier snow Sunday

Summary

Snow is coming to an end across the Coast Range as a weakening storm system moves inland, with light snow expected across the Interior through about midday Saturday. A stronger storm will then reach the Coast Range late Saturday night and will bring snow to all areas through the day on Sunday. All-day Sunday looks like a good storm skiing day across both Coastal and Interior BC with Sunday afternoon offering the deepest turns. Light snow chances will return at times from Monday through Wednesday across Southern BC (most ski areas), while the main storm track retreats northward during this time with heavy snow expected for Northern BC.
