Frequent rounds of light snow for Southern BC

Summary

The pattern is turning more active across BC this week. The storm track will favor Northern BC for the heaviest snow over the next several days, but recent trends now indicate that Southern BC will see light snowfall daily for the remainder of the week. Coastal BC and the Northern/Central Columbias will be favored the most out of the Southern BC ski areas over the next several days, while the southern/southeastern Interior will see very little snow. A stronger storm is likely for Southern BC on Saturday, but poor model consistency with regards to the storm track makes for a low confidence snow forecast at this time. An active pattern is likely to develop as we head into the first week of March with frequent storms expected.
