Thursday-Friday storm favors Coastal BC

Summary

The first of two storms will bring 15-40 cm (6-16") of snow to most of Coastal BC on Thursday & Friday with even higher amounts north around Shames Mtn. The Interior will see light snow from this first storm since it will weaken as it moves inland. A second stronger storm will bring heavy snow to the Coast Range on Sat-Sun and to the Interior on Sun-Mon but also with higher snow levels.
