Strong storm with heavy snow Thursday night to Friday night
Summary
A powerful storm involving an atmospheric river will impact Southern BC from Thur night to Fri night with heavy snow expected, favoring the Okanagan region & Powder Highway. Southwest BC will see heavy snow Thur night but rising snow levels & rain become an issue Friday. W/NW winds will be unfavorable for Whistler with lighter snow. Arctic air arrives Sun-Tue with snow favoring southern areas.
