Interior snow on Monday, then drying out with cold temps

Summary

Southern BC received new snow over the weekend, favoring areas close to the US border, while snow levels also plummeted to low levels as an early-season surge of arctic air has been working its way in. The last wave of this active pattern will favor the Southern Interior (Apex to Whitewater) for more snow on Monday, then an extended dry spell will take hold with below-average temps.
