Summary

A Pacific upper-level trough has spurred a surface low to develop over the Alberta side of the Rockies on Saturday. Look for this surface low to draw moisture from the south and east creating upslope-enhanced snowfall, especially Sat PM into Sun AM. Possible storm totals through Sun PM of 20 – 30 cm at Castle, KPOW, and Nakiska. To the north, the SkiBig3 resorts could see 10 – 20 cm. Cooler too.
